We build profit audits and back-office help for small US carriers.
What we are
A small team in Raleigh, NC. We take loads you already ran and show what they earned per mile, where money was left unbilled, and which invoices are late. If you want, we then help get that money and clean up the paperwork behind it.
What we are not
We are not a broker and not a dispatch service. We do not book loads or set your rates. We are not a law firm, and the audit is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
How we want to be judged
By the first audit. It is free, it shows its math, and you can check it against your own books.
What you will not find here
- Customer logos or testimonials. We have no public customer results to show yet, so we do not show invented ones. Every figure on this site is either a worked example labeled as an example or a dated public data point with its source.
- Invented team photos or biographies. We are publishing who is behind MileCFO soon.
- Statistics we cannot source. Numbers on this site are either from a dated public snapshot with its source, or labeled as a illustrative example.
- Awards, rankings or certifications. We have none to claim.
