The MileCFO Audit is an information report built from the information you provide. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Check anything important with your own advisor.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any recovery amount. Brokers and shippers may decline claims. Amounts shown on this site are scenarios or illustrative examples.

What we are not

We are not a freight broker, a dispatcher or a factor. We do not book freight, negotiate your rates or buy your invoices.

Your information

Send us only information you are allowed to share. We use it as described in the Privacy Policy and on the security page.

Calculators and public data

Free calculators give estimates from the numbers you type. Public data shown on this site (EIA diesel, NWS alerts) is a dated snapshot, not live, not a freight rate and not a delay prediction.

Paid services

The free audit costs nothing. If we offer paid help, such as revenue recovery or back office work, you will get the price and terms in writing before anything paid starts.

Liability

This site and its tools are provided as they are. Use the numbers as a starting point and verify them against your own records before you act on them.
