Free trucking calculators for small carriers
Free tools for small carriers. They run in your browser, nothing you type is sent anywhere, and every page shows the formula it uses. Money is handled in exact decimals and rounded to the cent at the end.

How the math is done
- Quantities are held as exact decimals, not floating point numbers.
- Each dollar line is rounded to the cent, half away from zero, and totals add the rounded lines. What you see always adds up.
- Rates per mile show three decimals, percentages one, and rounding happens once, at the end.
- Inputs are never stored, logged or sent. Reload the page and they are gone.
What these tools are not
- Not market rates. We do not have live freight rates and do not show any.
- Not financial, tax or legal advice.
- Not a substitute for your rate confirmation, which sets your actual terms.
