Who we are

What we collect

• From the request forms: name, company, USDOT number (optional), number of trucks, email, phone (optional), your message, and your consent choice with the exact wording you agreed to.
• From the link you came by: UTM tags and the referring page, so we can see which source led to the request.
• With each submitted form, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. It is used for spam and rate limiting. We do not store the plain address with the request.

The calculators run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to your request, to build your audit, and to follow up by email, and by phone if you gave a number. Submitted requests are kept in our business records so we can handle them. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies. It loads no advertising, no third-party analytics and no outside scripts, fonts or maps. Your browser keeps a few things locally: your light or dark display choice, your last selections in some tools, and the link source for the current tab until you close it, so it can be attached to a form you send. None of this is sent to us unless it is part of a form you submit.

Files

This website has no file upload. Please do not email load files. After you send a request we reply by email with the next step.

Service providers

We use standard hosting and email providers to run the site and send email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

Keeping and deleting your data

We do not publish a fixed retention period. To have the data we hold about you deleted or anonymized, write to hello@milecfo.com with your company name and email, and we will confirm when it is done. Copies in routine backups may remain until those backups are replaced.

We contact you about the request you made. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to hello@milecfo.com or calling +1 (984) 789-5979 (Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Raleigh, NC)).

Your requests

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contact, write to hello@milecfo.com. This applies wherever you live, including residents of US states that have their own privacy laws. We answer these requests by email.

Changes

If we change what the site does with your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
