MileCFO vs the tools small fleets already use

Eight products, seventeen capabilities, one table. Every cell comes from a page or listing we read on 2026-10-10. Last checked 2026-10-10.

How to read the table

  • Yes: the page or listing says the product has it.
  • Partial: something close exists, or the page does not say how far it goes.
  • Not found: we did not see it on the pages we read. Several vendor pages blocked our fetch (TruckLogics and Motive) or were truncated (Rose Rocket), so this is not proof of absence.
  • No: MileCFO does not offer it.

What stands out

  • The big tools are strong where we are not: dispatch, ELD, load boards, factoring and market-wide broker credit scores.
  • Within these eight, we did not find a per-broker days-to-pay ledger built from your own invoice dates, or dated pages that decode federal open data (EIA, NOAA, BLS, BTS, Census, Federal Register). That is a finding about the pages we read, not a market-wide claim. verify
  • We found no carrier-side rate con vs BOL/POD vs invoice check on a readable page. Rose Rocket lists "freight audit" without saying what it checks.
