What happens to your data, in plain words

What we do

• Used to reply and build your audit. We use what you send to answer your request, build your audit, and follow up the way you agreed to.
• Not sold, not shared with advertisers. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to advertisers.
• Deleted or anonymized on request. Write to hello@milecfo.com and we will delete or anonymize the data we hold about you.
• Please remove personal data first. Take driver names and other personal data out of any file before you send it. Do not email files; we reply by email with the next step.

• No logins. We never ask for bank, TMS or ELD logins.
• No file upload on this site. The forms take text fields only. After you send a request we reply by email with the next step.
• Calculators stay in your browser. The free tools do the math on your device. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere.
• No cookies, no third-party scripts. This site sets no cookies and loads no outside scripts, fonts, maps or analytics. It does not record what you type into a form or a calculator.
• Encrypted connection. The site is served over HTTPS.
• Spam protection. Form submissions are rate limited, and your IP address is stored only as a scrambled hash.

What we do not claim

• No security certification or compliance attestation. We hold none and claim none.
• No promise that data can never be breached. No one can promise that.
• No claim about how any specific law applies to you. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for what we do.

Hosting and backups

The site and our records are kept with standard hosting and email providers, and routine backups are taken. A deletion request does not reach copies in backups until those are replaced. We do not publish more detail about infrastructure.

Delete my data

Write to hello@milecfo.com with your company name and email. We will delete or anonymize the data we hold about you and confirm when it is done.
