How it works
A free freight audit in five steps: 20 loads in, one page out
A load pays on paper first. Then the paperwork has to agree: rate con, signed BOL, invoice, payment. MileCFO checks that chain on up to 20 of your loads and shows where it breaks.
- No logins
- No bank access
- Free, no obligation
What this is
Money leaks where one document stops agreeing with the next.
You ran the loads. The audit reads the file you already have and checks each load against the documents that should back it up. For each finding, the report says which document would prove it, and keeps three numbers apart so you never mistake a guess for cash.
Potential
What the loads suggest you may be owed or could earn. A lead, not a fact.
Verified
A claim is only called verified when the documents support it.
Collected
Only called collected when payment shows up.
What the report covers
- Revenue per all mile
- Empty miles
- Broker mix
- Payment speed
- Money at risk
- Missed detention
- First three fixes
The journey
Five steps, and the chain we check on every load.
Request the audit
Use the short form: name, company, trucks, email. A USDOT number helps but is optional.
We reply with the next step
We reply by email. Please do not email files, and do not send logins.
You upload up to 20 loads
A CSV export from your TMS or spreadsheet. Remove driver names and personal data if you can.
We build the report
Revenue per all mile, empty miles, broker mix, payment speed, money at risk, missed detention and the first three fixes. Each number shows its formula, and each finding says which document would prove it.
You decide
Keep the report and stop there, or ask what recovery or back-office help would look like. No obligation.
The result
What your one-page report looks like
Three numbers on top, each kept apart. Below them, every metric with its formula. At the bottom, the first three fixes and the document that would prove each one.
Metrics, with the math
- Revenue per all milerate ÷ (loaded + empty miles)$ x.xx
- Empty shareempty miles ÷ all milesxx%
- Payment speed by brokerpayment date − invoice datexx days
First three fixes
- Fix one, with the document that proves it
- Fix two, with the document that proves it
- Fix three, with the document that proves it

Questions
How long does it take?
We do not promise a turnaround on this page. When you send the file, we tell you when to expect the report.
I only have PDFs or settlement statements.
Tell us what you have in the request. A spreadsheet is easiest, but we will say honestly what we can do with what you keep.
Why only 20 loads?
It is enough to show whether a problem exists, and small enough that you can pull it in a few minutes.
Can I see a report first?
Yes. The free audit report is one page, with the formula behind each number. See an example report, open the dashboard preview, or read what the audit measures.
See what your last 20 loads show.
One short form. We reply by email with the next step, and a one-page report follows. Free, no obligation.
