Pricing
See what your trucks already earned. Free first audit.
We show you the money first, then you choose how to pay. Flat fee, a share of what we recover, or monthly per truck. Nothing is charged before you have seen your numbers.
Pick your size
Which way to pay fits your fleet
Most carriers start in the same place: the free audit. After that, the best fit depends on how many trucks you run and how much cash you want to risk up front.
Owner-operator
Pay only when we find money
One truck, no spare cash for another subscription. Start free, then pay a share of money we help you recover, only on verified recoveries. Prefer a fixed cost? Choose a flat pilot fee instead.
Good fit: owner-operators, hotshot. Recovery share is described in how we count a recovery.
Small fleet (2-10 trucks)
Flat pilot, then decide
Run a short paid pilot at a flat fee, with no percentage involved. If it works, move to a monthly plan per truck or keep paying a share of verified recoveries. Your choice.
Good fit: 5 to 15 truck fleets, dispatch teams.
Mid fleet (11-100 trucks)
Monthly per truck, or a hybrid
Steady volume deserves a steady plan. Pay a monthly amount per truck, or combine a smaller monthly fee with a lower recovery share. Both are written into one scope.
Good fit: fleet owners, managed back office.
Brokers and shippers
Fleet quote
If you pay carriers or run a large operation, we price it case by case. Tell us the volume and what you want checked and we send a quote in writing.
We are carrier-side. If you are a broker, we will say honestly whether we can help. See brokers who pay late.
The simple plan
First month free, then $99 a month
For fleets of up to 15 trucks. No card to start. One price for the whole fleet, not per truck.
Month 0: the free audit
Send up to 20 loads and get the one-page report with every formula and the paper that proves each finding.
Month 1: free
Keep using the plan for the first month at no cost: a monthly audit of your loads and the weekly list of open items by broker. Stop before the month ends and you pay nothing.
After that: $99 a month
One invoice by email each month for the whole fleet. Larger fleets get a quote in writing.
Fleet back-office plans we reviewed on 10 October 2026 that include fuel-tax or profit analytics were listed at $199 to $290 a month and up. Our plan is about half of that. Prices change, so check any vendor's current page before you compare.
Compare the models
Six ways to work with us
Every model starts with the free audit. Not every model is open to every fleet. After the audit we tell you which ones fit.
| Model | Best for | What you pay | Why pick it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free first audit | Everyone, as the first step | Nothing. | You see the money before you spend any. |
| Flat pilot | Owner-operators, small fleets | A flat pilot fee, set in writing. | The fee does not depend on what you tell us. No percentage. |
| Recovery share | Owner-operators and fleets that do not want to pay up front | A share of money we help you recover, only on verified recoveries, with a minimum and a cap. | You pay for results, with clear rules on what counts. |
| Monthly plan | Fleets of up to 15 trucks | First month free, then $99 a month for the whole fleet. | Predictable cost and recurring checks, not one-off. |
| Hybrid | Mid fleets | A smaller monthly fee plus a lower share of verified recoveries. | Steady and fair for both sides. |
| Fleet quote | Large fleets, brokers, shippers | A quote in writing, based on volume and scope. | Priced for your operation, not a template. |
The monthly plan price is listed above. For the other models, amounts are set after your audit and written into your scope before you pay anything.
Fair for both sides
How we count a recovery
If you pay a share of what we recover, you should know what counts before you sign. A recovery only counts when it is verified. These are the rules, in plain words:
- We send the claim. Our evidence pack goes out: rate confirmation, BOL, POD and invoice. You approve it first. We record the date and the amount.
- The payment must be visible. You upload the broker remittance, the factoring statement or the bank statement line that shows the money. We compare it to the original shortfall.
- An attribution window applies. If a load we flagged is paid within the agreed window after our report, it counts, even if you closed the question yourself.
- We may spot-check. Our terms let us ask for statements on a sample of loads now and then.
- There is a minimum and a cap. The minimum covers our work when little is found. The cap means a large recovery never turns into a surprise bill.
Why these rules exist
They protect you as much as us. A fee tied to documents and payments you can see is easier to trust than one tied to our word.
We do not promise "you pay only if we win" without these rules. We also never guarantee a recovery. Amounts shown anywhere on this site come from invented data and are scenarios, not promises.
What the audit checks
- Short pays and chargebacks
- Detention and layover
- TONU and lumper fees
- Fuel surcharge
- Rate con vs invoice

Pricing questions
What do I pay for the first audit?
Nothing. It is free and there is no obligation. You get a one-page report from your loads. See how to request it.
What if you find nothing?
Then the audit cost you nothing and you know your billing is clean. For a paid pilot, the terms for that case are written into your scope before you pay.
What are the prices?
We set them after your audit, in writing, based on your fleet and the model you choose. We do not post numbers we cannot stand behind.
How does a share of recoveries work?
You pay a share only of money we helped you recover and that is verified, with a minimum and a cap. The rules are in how we count a recovery.
How do you prove a recovery is yours?
By documents you can see: our evidence pack, and a remittance or statement line showing the payment. Without those it does not count.
Can I change models later?
Yes. Many carriers start with a pilot or a recovery share and move to monthly once they see the value. A change is agreed in writing.
Who sees my data?
We use your loads to build the report and for nothing else. See the security page and our draft privacy policy. Please do not email load files.
Do you send claims without asking me?
No. You approve every claim before it goes out.
Do I need a contract for the free audit?
No. The free audit has no contract. Paid work starts only after you approve a written scope.
I run a brokerage or ship freight. Can you help?
We work carrier-side. Send us your volume and what you want checked and we will say honestly whether we can help, and quote it in writing. Request a quote.
Start with the part that costs nothing.
One short form. A one-page report follows. Then you pick how to pay, or you walk away with the report.
