How it works

Send the referral below, or ask your colleague to request a free audit and name you in the message. Share only contact details the person agreed to share.
They get the free audit
We run the same free first audit any carrier gets. They owe nothing and decide what to do with the report. We never pressure your friend.
You get rewarded
When the carrier you referred becomes a paying client, you earn 30% of what they pay us during their first 12 months. It is credited to your own plan or paid by bank transfer each month after we receive their payment. PayPal payouts are planned. Referral partners also get extra access inside the dashboard as it grows. We confirm the terms to you in writing before you refer anyone.
Who can refer
- Carriers who have had a MileCFO audit or work with us.
- Owner-operators, fleet owners and dispatchers who know a carrier that could use one.
- Anyone who can introduce us to a carrier that actually asked to be contacted.
If you are not sure you qualify, send the referral anyway and we will tell you.
Who counts as a referred carrier
- A US carrier we have not already been talking to.
- Named in your referral, or names you when they request their audit.
- The carrier must request its audit within 90 days of your referral.
- If two people refer the same carrier, the first referral on record counts.
The exact reward, timing and limits are set in writing. Nothing on this page is a promise of a payment before you have that in hand.

Does my colleague have to pay anything?
No. The first audit is free and there is no obligation. Your colleague chooses whether to go further.
Will you share my name with the carrier?
Yes, so they know who sent them. Tell us if you would rather stay out of it.
