Findings where a rate con or delivery paper is missing or partial.
- Detention: Delivery paper shows arrival but no departure time. Ask for the gate log.
- Reefer fuel: Attach both fuel receipts. Rate con says reefer fuel is paid at cost.

How to read this. Each row is one paper. "Partly there" means the paper exists but lacks a time, a signature or a page.
